Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services provided via goldens.bet under the local project Golden Bet. By registering an account or using any services on goldens.bet you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms, AML/KYC Policy, and Responsible Gaming Policy, as updated from time to time. Effective date: 6 November 2025.
The online gambling services offered through goldens.bet are operated by Santeda International B.V., a company registered in Curaçao (Commercial register of Curaçao no. 151296, registered address: Emancipatie Boulevard Dominico F. "Don" Martina 31, Curaçao), under gaming license 365/JAZ issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (GCB). Certain payment and processing services may be provided by Aureate Solutions Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus (Reg. No. HE 425343, address: Athinon 5, Agios Antonios, 1015 Nicosia, Cyprus).
Important regulatory notice for UK-based users: Golden Bet, as made available via goldens.bet, is not licensed or regulated by the United Kingdom Gambling Commission (UKGC), is not part of GAMSTOP, and does not provide UKGC-style mandatory protections such as UK-regulated alternative dispute resolution or statutory fund segregation schemes. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- Operator means Santeda International B.V., the owner and operator of the online gambling platform available at goldens.bet, together with any affiliated entities involved in providing the services, including Aureate Solutions Ltd for payment processing.
- Website or Platform means the website goldens.bet, any of its subdomains, mobile versions, and related applications through which the Operator offers gambling and betting services under the project Golden Bet.
- User or Player means any natural person who accesses the Website, opens an account, or places a Bet or Wager on the Website.
- Account means a personal user account registered in your name on goldens.bet, used to access the services, hold funds, place Bets and Wagers, and participate in promotions.
- Bet or Wager means any stake placed by a Player on a sports event, virtual event, casino game, live casino game, or any other gambling product offered on the Website, whether using real money funds or bonus funds.
- Game means any casino, live casino, slot, virtual, or other gambling product offered on the Website, including games provided by third-party software suppliers.
- Bonus means any promotional value granted by the Operator, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback, or loyalty rewards, which are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
- Bonus Funds means funds credited to your Account as part of a Bonus, which may be subject to wagering requirements and other restrictions before they can be converted to Real Money Funds and withdrawn.
- Real Money Funds means your own deposited money and any winnings derived from such money that are not subject to outstanding wagering requirements.
- Wagering Requirement means the total amount that must be wagered using Bonus Funds (and, where applicable, Real Money Funds) before Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be converted into Real Money Funds and withdrawn.
- Payment Method means any method accepted by the Operator for deposits or withdrawals, including but not limited to bank cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, vouchers, and, where available, cryptocurrencies.
- Applicable Law means the laws of Curaçao (without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection or data protection rights applicable in your country of residence, including the UK, where relevant).
Account Registration
Eligibility
- You may only open an Account and use the services if you are at least 18 years old or older if the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction is higher. By registering, you confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age.
- You must not use the Website if gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction. If you access goldens.bet from the United Kingdom, you acknowledge that you are using a service licensed in Curaçao and that UK-specific regulatory protections (including GAMSTOP) do not apply.
- You may only hold one Account. Multiple accounts, including accounts opened under different names, email addresses, or devices, are strictly prohibited and may result in closure and forfeiture of Bonuses and winnings where permitted by Applicable Law.
Registration Process
- To register, you must complete the online registration form on goldens.bet, providing accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and any other details requested.
- You must verify your email address (and, where requested, your mobile number) by following the instructions sent to you. The Operator may restrict access to some or all services until verification is completed.
- You agree to keep your login credentials (username, password, and any additional authentication data) confidential and not to share them with any third party. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
- If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must immediately change your password and contact customer support via the channels provided on goldens.bet.
KYC and Verification (AML/KYC)
- In accordance with the Operator's AML/KYC Policy and regulatory requirements in Curaçao and other relevant jurisdictions, the Operator is entitled to conduct identity, age, residence, and source-of-funds checks at any time, including at registration, deposit, and particularly prior to processing withdrawals.
- You may be required to provide, among other documents: a government-issued photo ID (passport, ID card, driving licence), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), proof of ownership of Payment Methods, and documentation evidencing the lawful origin of funds.
- Failure to provide satisfactory documentation, provision of false or misleading information, or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful activity may result in suspension or closure of your Account, cancellation of Bets and Bonuses, and reporting to relevant authorities, in line with the AML/KYC Policy and Applicable Law.
- You accept that the verification process may cause delays in withdrawals, particularly where additional checks are required. The Operator endeavors to complete such checks as promptly as reasonably possible, but is not liable for delays caused by your failure to cooperate or by third-party verification providers.
User Obligations
- You must ensure that all information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the Website is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. You must promptly update any changes to your details, including address, email, and Payment Methods.
- You may only use funds that belong to you and that originate from lawful sources. Use of third-party Payment Methods without express authorization is prohibited.
- You must not use the Website for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or collusion with other Players.
- You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies that may apply to your winnings under the laws of your country of residence.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets and Wagers
- A Bet or Wager is deemed placed when it is accepted and recorded by the Operator's servers. A confirmation displayed on the screen or recorded in your betting history constitutes proof of acceptance.
- The Operator may set minimum and maximum stakes per Bet, per Game, or per Player. These limits may vary by product and may be changed at any time. Current limits are displayed within the relevant Game or betting market.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing your Bet or Wager before confirming it. Once confirmed, a Bet normally cannot be cancelled or altered except as expressly provided in these Terms or in specific product rules.
- For sports and event betting, settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Where no official body exists, the Operator's decision based on available evidence shall be final, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under Applicable Law.
Cancellation and Void Bets
- The Operator reserves the right to declare a Bet or Wager void (and, where appropriate, refund the stake) if:
- a manifest error occurred in odds, lines, or Game configuration;
- the event on which the Bet was placed was cancelled, postponed, or materially altered;
- a technical failure prevented proper recording, transmission, or settlement of the Bet; or
- the Bet was placed in breach of these Terms, including collusion, use of bots, or other prohibited behaviour.
- In case of obvious pricing or settlement errors, the Operator may adjust the result to reflect the correct odds or rules, or declare the Bet void, acting reasonably and in accordance with industry practice.
Game Rules and Outcomes
- Casino and live casino Games are provided by third-party software providers. Game-specific rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) information are available within each Game and form part of these Terms.
- Where there is a discrepancy between the outcome displayed on your device and the outcome registered on the Operator's or the provider's servers, the result recorded on the servers shall prevail.
- In the event of a disconnection or technical interruption, the rules displayed within each Game govern whether the Game round is completed, voided, or resumed. You acknowledge that temporary interruptions may occur due to network or system issues beyond the Operator's reasonable control.
Conduct in Live Casino, Chat, and Community Features
- You must behave respectfully in all live casino environments, chat rooms, and interactive features. The following are strictly prohibited:
- insults, harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory language;
- spamming, advertising, or promotion of other services;
- sharing personal data of yourself or others; and
- discussions encouraging illegal activities or irresponsible gambling.
- The Operator may mute, restrict, or permanently block access to chat or live features, and may suspend or close your Account, in cases of abusive or inappropriate behaviour.
- Any attempt to collude with other Players, manipulate Game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use automated tools (bots, scripts, or similar) is strictly forbidden and may result in voiding of Bets, forfeiture of funds as permitted by Applicable Law, and Account closure.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- All Bonuses and promotions offered on goldens.bet are subject to these Terms and to the specific Bonus Terms & Conditions made available for each promotion. In case of conflict, the specific Bonus Terms & Conditions prevail.
- Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. The Operator reserves the right to deny, withhold, or withdraw a Bonus, and to limit eligibility for promotions, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bonuses are available only once per person, household, IP address, device, or payment details.
Activation and Wagering Requirements
- The conditions for activating a Bonus (such as minimum deposit, bonus code, or qualifying Bet) are stated in the relevant promotional description. Failure to meet activation conditions may result in the Bonus not being credited.
- Each Bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements. For example, a deposit bonus may require you to wager the sum of your deposit and bonus a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Exact wagering multipliers and contributions are set out in the Bonus Terms & Conditions applicable as of 2025.
- Wagering must typically be completed within a defined time frame (for example, within a set number of days from the Bonus being credited). If wagering is not completed within the stated period, the Bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
Maximum Bet, Game Restrictions, and Irregular Play
- While a Bonus is active, a maximum bet per spin, game round, or hand may apply. Exceeding this maximum bet may be treated as Bonus abuse and can lead to cancellation of the Bonus and associated winnings, as specified in the Bonus Terms.
- Some Games may be excluded or may contribute a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements. A list of excluded or restricted Games and their contribution levels is set out in the Bonus Terms & Conditions and may be updated from time to time in 2025.
- The Operator may treat as irregular play any activity designed to artificially meet wagering requirements or to secure guaranteed profits, such as:
- placing large bets after a series of low bets to exploit a Bonus;
- hedging bets between different accounts or sites;
- structured betting patterns intended solely to unlock Bonuses.
Combining Promotions
- Unless explicitly stated, Bonuses and promotions cannot be combined. Only one active wagering Bonus is usually allowed at a time. Attempting to stack Bonuses contrary to the stated rules may result in the cancellation of all active Bonuses.
- If you wish to forfeit an active Bonus (for instance, to participate in another promotion), you may do so by contacting customer support or using any available on-site functionality. Please note that forfeiting a Bonus normally results in the loss of any associated Bonus Funds and winnings.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods and Limits
- The Website may support deposits via bank cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, vouchers, and, where permitted, cryptocurrencies. The availability of specific Payment Methods depends on your country of residence and is displayed in the cashier section.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by Payment Method. Current limits are shown in the cashier and may be updated from time to time in 2025.
- The Operator does not guarantee that all Payment Methods listed will be available to you at all times, and may add, change, or remove Payment Methods in its discretion, subject to Applicable Law.
Withdrawals and Processing Times
- Where possible, withdrawals will be processed using the same Payment Method and to the same account used for deposits, subject to technical and regulatory constraints and to the Operator's AML/KYC Policy.
- Before processing a withdrawal, the Operator may require you to complete verification checks as described under "Account Registration". Incomplete or unsatisfactory verification may result in delays or refusal of withdrawals.
- Indicative processing times are shown in the cashier. While the Operator endeavors to process withdrawals promptly, actual times depend on internal checks and the Payment Method provider and are not fully under the Operator's control.
- The Operator may set minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per period (for example, per day or per month), or per Player. High-value withdrawals may be paid out in instalments, in accordance with internal procedures as of 2025.
Fees, Currency, and Chargebacks
- The Operator may charge reasonable fees for processing deposits or withdrawals, especially where currency conversion or special Payment Methods are involved. Any such fees are disclosed in the cashier where practicable.
- Where your Account currency differs from your Payment Method currency, funds may be converted at prevailing rates used by the Operator or the Payment Method provider. You are responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations and conversion fees.
- In case of a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute initiated by you without legitimate grounds, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, recover the amount of the chargeback from your balance, and seek reimbursement of reasonable costs associated with the chargeback, as permitted by Applicable Law.
Refunds of Bets, Bonuses, and Account Balances
- Refunds of settled Bets are generally not permitted unless a Bet is declared void due to a clear error or interruption as described under "Betting & Gameplay Rules".
- Bonuses are not redeemable for cash and may be cancelled at any time in the event of abuse, error, or termination of the promotion. If a Bonus is cancelled, the Operator may remove the Bonus Funds and any winnings related purely to the Bonus, subject to Applicable Law and the specific Bonus Terms.
- Upon closure of your Account (other than for breach, fraud, or AML reasons), the Operator will, where possible and lawful, return any remaining Real Money Funds to you using a suitable Payment Method, subject to verification and deduction of any applicable fees or chargeback-related amounts.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- The Operator will provide the services with reasonable skill and care, and will take reasonable steps to ensure that:
- Games are operated fairly and in accordance with their published rules;
- your Account balance is recorded accurately based on accepted Bets and settled results; and
- technical and security measures are in place to protect your data within the scope of the Privacy Policy.
Exclusions and Limitations
- To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
- The Operator is not liable for:
- any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials;
- telecommunications or network failures, latency, or interruptions beyond the Operator's reasonable control;
- technical failures, bugs, or configuration errors in Games provided by third-party suppliers, except to the extent that such failures arise from the Operator's own negligence;
- indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits, income, opportunity, or data.
- Where the Operator is found liable to you in connection with a particular Bet, Game, or transaction, the Operator's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed:
- the amount of the stake or Bet placed by you in respect of the relevant transaction; or
- the amount actually lost by you as a direct result of the event giving rise to the claim; whichever is lower, subject always to any mandatory minimums or protections required by Applicable Law.
- Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any mandatory consumer rights applicable to UK residents.
Intellectual Property Rights
- All content on goldens.bet, including but not limited to software, code, databases, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, images, audio, video, and Game content, is owned by the Operator or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and its content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
- You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit any part of the Website or its content without the prior written consent of the Operator and/or its licensors.
- Any unauthorized use of the intellectual property rights of the Operator or its licensors may result in termination of your Account and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability.

- Because the Operator is based in Curaçao and works with entities in Cyprus and other locations, your data may be transferred outside your country of residence, including outside the UK. Such transfers will be carried out in accordance with Applicable Law and the Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms
- The Operator may amend these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, technical developments, or business practices. The latest version will always be available on goldens.bet and will show the applicable effective date.
- Where a change is material, the Operator will take reasonable steps to notify you in advance, for example by:
- sending an email to the address registered to your Account; and/or
- displaying a prominent notice or banner on the Website or within your Account.
- Continued use of the Website after the updated Terms take effect (including placing Bets or making deposits) will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
- If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must stop using the Website, cancel any pending Bets (where possible), and request withdrawal of your available Real Money Funds, subject to verification and Applicable Law.
Termination & Suspension
Termination and Suspension by the Operator
- The Operator may suspend or close your Account, restrict your access to certain services, or withhold funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- you have breached these Terms, the Bonus Terms, or any other relevant policy;
- you have provided false or misleading information or failed to complete KYC/AML checks;
- you are involved in fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other unlawful conduct;
- you have initiated chargebacks or payment disputes without legitimate grounds; or
- continued provision of services to you would be unlawful or pose a regulatory or reputational risk.
- Where reasonably possible, the Operator will notify you of the reason for suspension or closure, unless prohibited by law or by instructions from a competent authority.
- In cases of serious breach or unlawful activity, the Operator may, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, void Bets, cancel Bonuses, and confiscate funds linked to the breach or fraudulent conduct.
Termination by the User and Self-Exclusion
- You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support or by using any available self-service option on the Website. Before closure, you should request withdrawal of your Real Money Funds, subject to verification and any outstanding obligations.
- Tools for responsible gambling, including deposit limits, time limits, and self-exclusion options, are available in accordance with the Operator's Responsible Gaming Policy as updated in 2025. Self-exclusion on goldens.bet applies only to this Platform and does not extend to UK-wide schemes such as GAMSTOP.
Dormant and Inactive Accounts
- If your Account shows no login or betting activity for a continuous period defined in the Operator's current General Terms (as at 2025), it may be deemed inactive or dormant. The Operator may apply reasonable administrative procedures or fees to dormant Accounts, as described in those General Terms, subject to Applicable Law.
- Before applying any fees or closing a dormant Account with a positive balance, the Operator will take reasonable steps to contact you using the contact details on record.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence, including the United Kingdom, where such laws apply.
- Any dispute should first be raised with the Operator's customer support. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it in accordance with the complaints procedure set out on goldens.bet, which may include review by a designated internal department.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved through the Operator's internal procedures, you may have the right to submit a complaint to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (GCB), which is the licensing and regulatory authority for license 365/JAZ, using the official complaint channels indicated in the policy documents for 2025. The UK Gambling Commission will not handle complaints relating to goldens.bet as it is not a UKGC-licensed operator.
- Subject to the foregoing and to any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, any disputes may ultimately be submitted to the competent courts of Curaçao.
